I\u2019m Dario and I was born in 1963\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They call me The President as I supervise what\u2019s going on\u00a0and any major investments –\u00a0 the rest of the family always have to get my Okay for things!!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mirco and I often discuss things as he is very direct and quick to make decisions while I tend to think things through at length before making a decision.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My time is mainly spent in the vegetable patch and looking after the animals although I also give a hand in the restaurant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Laura –\u00a0the Tractor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m Laura and I was born in 1968.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They call the the Tractor in the family because from dawn to dusk I\u2019m awake and watching everything that happens.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m cook in the restaurant, the cleaner for the apartments and the odd job person when the restaurant is closed.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
I try to help with everything and when our vegetable patch doesn\u2019t produce what we need, it\u2019s my job to go to the greengrocer to find good quality vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dario and I married and in 2007 we started the Agriturismo –\u00a0 we are proud parents of Margherita, Mirco and Matteo and now are are also happy grandparents!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Margherita – The Bureaucrat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m Margherita and I was born in 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the family, they reckon I have the Bureaucratic Brain to run the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m also a Mum!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I deal with all the purchases and sales of the business, the running of the apartments and greeting customers to the restaurant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
During the Olive Picking we all have our jobs to do and mine is to look after the collection nets and do the first clearing of the Olive Grove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My brothers think I am phlegmatic and inexhaustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Mirco – The Ingenious<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m Mirco and I was born in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every morning I wake up with a new idea! My family call me the Motor behind the business as I\u2019m always encouraging them to give even more to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My passion is the manual work in the fields and the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Woodwork relaxes me and you will find some of my works scattered around the Agriturismo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m also passionate about wine and I have been a Sommelier<\/strong> for many years and like to taste wine to suggest as good for our restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also love meat and like to research new cuts of meat to offer to our guests.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Matteo – The Grill Master<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m Matteo and I was born in 1995<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am defined by where I work and my favourite place: The Grill Master!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s my space and no-one is allowed to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m the youngest of three children and my character is silent and precise.\u00a0When it\u2019s necessary I also help in the vegetable patch and with the other farm jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The part of the business where I feel most at home is with the raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m really involved with selecting everything necessary for cooking Good Meat, from the wood for the fire, the herbs used and the different cuts of meat that I cook.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
