Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVO DOP is unique of its kind and easily recognisable amongst other Italian DOP oils. It’s homegrown and homemade: we use it in our cooking, you will find it in our restaurant and we can send it to you at home from our shop.
The oil has a delicate, balanced and harmonious flavour with a slight aftertaste of almonds, light and fruity.
Its colour goes from yellow to green varying in intensity according to its age and it is particularly rich in Chlorophyll which gives it a savoury flavour.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delnoss is versatile. It’s good by itself but fabulous when used for cooking. We use it to prepare, drizzle and flavour our dishes. It’s light enough to add to many recipes based on meat and also fish dishes, dips, cooked vegetables and salads. We also use it to flavor bruschetta and low-fat cheeses and it is also very good for preparing desserts.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delnoss has been part of our culture and traditions for years and years and has always been considered a precious and valued product. It’s very important to our family to tend olive trees, pick the olives and produce our oil.
It’s called “Delnoss Oil ” because it is OUR (nostro) Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our family roots are here at the Lake: we are olive farmers by tradition and passion and so we use the typical Malcesine expression that means ‘ours’ to define our Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVO DOP.
